Ordering your custom watercolor house portrait is simple:

Recieve Proof
Review pencil sketch
You will receive a sketch of the house for approval to ensure every detail is captured beautifully. Then the watercolor painting process begins.

Package shipped
Expect delivery
After the portrait is finished, it is carefully packed and shipped via USPS.

FAQs
What is the turnaround time?
Depending on the season, your artwork will be ready to ship within 2-4 weeks. If you need it sooner, please specify your desired date when placing your order, and I will do my best to accommodate.
Can I request revisions?
You will have the opportunity to request adjustments to the pencil sketch before I begin the watercolor painting. Once the painting is complete, no further revisions can be made, as watercolor cannot be altered.
What is the return policy?
Custom paintings are non-returnable. However, I will do my best to meet your expectations and create a beautiful work of art.
I don't have a photo of the house
If you’d like to give someone a home portrait but don’t have a photo, you have two options:
1) Give them a gift certificate from The Art Treat, or
2) Use their address on Google Maps—there’s a chance you’ll find a good photo there.
