How can I give a custom house portrait as a gift?

Absolutely! A custom painting makes a thoughtful and personalized gift. If you don’t have a picture of the recipient’s home, you can either provide their address so I can check Google Maps for a possible image or opt for a virtual gift card so they can place the order themselves.

Do you offer gift cards?

Yes, I offer virtual gift cards that allow the recipient to order their own custom painting. These are perfect for special occasions like birthdays, anniversaries, or housewarming gifts.

How long does it take to complete a painting?

It typically takes me between 2 to 4 weeks to complete a painting, depending on the current volume of orders. If you need the painting by a specific date, please let me know when placing your order, and I will do my best to accommodate your request.

Can I make changes to my painting after I’ve placed the order?

Before I start the watercolor process, I will send you a pencil sketch for approval. You can request changes at that stage. Once the watercolor painting begins, no further revisions can be made, as watercolor cannot be redone.

What is your return policy?

Due to the personalized nature of custom artwork, returns are not accepted. However, I am dedicated to creating something you’ll love and will work with you to ensure satisfaction.

Can I request specific details in my painting?

Yes! If you would like me to highlight particular details, such as a garden, a specific type of window, or decorative elements on the house, just let me know when submitting the photo.

Can I request a rush order?

If you need your painting sooner than the typical processing time, please contact me with your deadline, and I will do my best to prioritize your order.

How will my painting be shipped?

Your painting will be securely packaged to ensure it arrives safely. For smaller artworks (5×7 and 8×10), I use flat envelopes, while larger paintings are shipped in sturdy tubes. If you choose to have your artwork framed, it will be carefully wrapped in protective packaging. You will receive tracking information once your painting has been shipped.

How long does shipping take?

I am based in Texas, USA, and I use USPS ground shipping, which usually takes 3-7 business days depending on your location. If you need faster delivery, I can arrange express shipping for an additional cost. Let me know if you need a shipping upgrade when placing your order.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, I only ship within the USA. However, I am working on expanding my shipping options, so stay tuned for updates!
